Many people pay a lot of money hiring a mold remediation company to handle mold issues. Unfortunately there are many mold companies that are not certified to perform mold remediation in new jersey. It is best to have an independent third party perform the clearance tests to assure all the mold was handled perfectly.

It is important to not allow firms to conflict interest. The party doing testing should not be the same one to conduct post tests and a firm doing initial testing should not be doing the remediation.
